The team from "Wood-Restaurant Mueggelhort" welcoms you heartly at our reopend familie enterprise, the year of 1996 month august. Permit us somewords above the story of "Mueggelhort".

The year of 1901 Carl Hecht from Rahnsdorf was registrated as landlord of Restaurant Mueggelhort. Reminding him, we build the intimate "Hechtroom" for 10 persons. The year of 1919, February, the family Paul and Elisabeth Boehm bought the restaurant enterprise and her son Arthur and his wife goes on. The tradition was continued by Hans and Christa Boehm.

The owner now, Lutz Boehm had to buy the exist buildings from the goverment to get back the restaurant. He paids some Millions. For all that he decided to invest considerable credit and to reconstruct Restaurant "Mueggelhort" with help of his architekt Wolfgang Liebich. So that "Mueggelhort" may be again a popular restaurant, is our desire.

"Mueggelhort" contains in his name the word "Hort". A "Hort" is a beautiful centre, a possibility to feel good.

A splendid place of earth at the large Mueggellake - this may be our motto.
